The Word Wall, Enfield

The brief to sign to a new string of retail in Enfield resulted with
a landmark that spans 200m long x 4m high. The words are
recordings of local people in a workshop held at the Town Hall.
The Madrone typeface was chosen for its lace like appearance
and interlinking qualities. In collaboration at Portland.
The Word Wall looks dramatically different
throughout the day. Coloured illumination is used
at night to celebrate events such as Valentines
and St Patricks day.
