The animation 'Flight 80:20' was created for Diageo and shown at the Customer Collaboration Centre in London in 2012. The narrative describes typical frustrations and shopper mindsets within an airport environment and how Diageo proposed to convert to purchase within this context.
A light hearted tone was adopted and a simple graphic style was created. The main character ‘Dot’ is seen experiencing familiar scenarios, morphing at times into information graphics.
